When we met Richard Semmelhaack at the Terra Madre conference in Turin, Italy in 2004, we were impressed by his passion as he told us about his family's organic farm in Quebec, Gereli Farm. With great pride, he described the maple syrup they produce as the "best in Canada". We were intrigued and on our return to Canada, we had an idea for for a unique "East meets West" product. We combined it with our balsamic vinegar and left it to age an additional 10 years in chestnut barrels, resulting in an incredible collaboration, our very first Maple Balsamic - absolutely sublime!

Packaged in a 100 ml bottle. Store at room temperature.
