100% whole cluster Mariafeld clone Pinot Noir, gently crushed by foot, allowed to cold-ferment for 10 days, pressed mid-ferment and finished in stainless steel. Bright acidity, aromas and flavours of raspberry yoghurt and cranberries . Wonderful year-round; an especially versatile summer wine.
