This long-anticipated monster from a rare and extremely hot year is unlike any Pinot we have made in our vineyard’s 33-year history. Michelle’s notes of this wine include very dark and complex; plum; leather; cigar box; forest-floor and chocolate.

We think it would be ideal paired with red meat, cheese and dark chocolate.

Dry red aged three years in mostly older Nevers French oak barrels. 14.9% alc.
