For our autumn boxes, you will receive 8-9 carefully selected products from Venturi Schulze Vineyards to keep you nourished throughout the cold winter months.

Q&A: About our Subscription Boxes, with Marilyn Venturi

Q: Who can subscribe to your subscription boxes?

A: Any Canadian resident of legal drinking age can subscibe to our boxes.

Q: Can you ship outside of Canada?

A: Sorry, no. Because our subscription boxes include wine, subscribers must be residents of Canada and have a valid Canadian shipping address.

Q: Is shipping included?

A: All of our subscription box prices and options include shipping.

Q: When can I sign up?

A: You can sign up anytime.

Q: When can I expect my box?

A: Our spring box will start shipping in the first week of May, so you can expect it to arrive to you by mid-May. Our Autum box will start shipping in the first week of November, so you can expect it by mid-November. A tracking number for your shipment(s) will be emailed to you.

Q: When will I be billed for my next box?

A: Your subscription box cost is $350 per shipment, and you will be billed on the 6th month or 12 month anniversary of the date you initially signed up (depending on your subscription preferences). You will receive a notification by email two weeks prior to us shipping your box and processing payment. *Please add Venturi Schulze Vineyards to your email address book to ensure you receive our notification emails. Your credit card will automatically be charged unless you cancel your subscription.

Q: Is every box the same?

A: No. While each box contains products hand crafted at Venturi Schulze Vineyard, every box will differ. Variations include newly released wine vintages, seasonal jams and jellies, balsamic vinegar, and from time to time, curated local goods from our neighbouring farmers. All boxes will be of the same value.

Q: How do I return the box?

A: If you're not happy with your subscription box, please email us first at happy@venturischulze.comso that we may help you if there are any issues. For a full refund, you must notify us within seven days of receiving your box, and it must include all of its original items in unused condition and be shipped back to:
