| Verjus Sorbet |

Ingredients:
2 cups Venturi-Schulze verjus
1 cup white corn syrup
¼ tsp finely grated or minced grapefruit peel
¼ tsp finely grated or minced lemon peel
Stir all ingredients together until well mixed and process in an ice cream maker as per manufacturer's directions. Recipe can be halved or doubled.
