Serves one. Double for two.

Ingredients:
1½ oz Venturi-Schulze Kerner Verjus
1 oz gin

Fill a martini shaker with ice, add the two ingredients and shake well to chill. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
