2006 Rosato di Collina

This estate grown dry blanc de noir is described in EAT magazine as " ... a seriously delicious island rosé. This dry, full-bodied Pinot Noir rosé from the heart of Cobble Hill has a subtle coppery-onion skin hue, a blockbuster fruit driven nose that shows no restraint, an attractive oily texture, great acid structure and ripe fruit flavours that will surprise and amaze you." We made this, our first Rosato di Collina, to satisfy our own craving for a dry rosé. Chill before serving. 13.8% alc.
