2004 Primavera

This is a delicious dry white, fresh and light with lovely fruit, delicate spice and mandarin/grapefruit tones in aroma and palate that will develop more with bottle age. Enjoy it with a wide range of foods, including light curries and dishes with subtle spices and sauces ranging from creamy to fruity. Superb with a plate of steamed mussels. Composed of Schönburger with several secret vinifera varieties for balance and complexity. You will notice a hint of spritz due to cold fermentation and cold bottling. 12.7% alcohol.

Sealed with a crown cap instead of a cork to better preserve the quality of the wine.
