2004 Micky's Dream
Micky (Michelle Schulze) has dreamed of making a Pinot
Noir Rosé for years. 2004 gave us the first crop from our 2000
vineyard expansion and the time was right to take advantage of the ripe
young Pinot by giving it limited skin contact to produce a wonderful dry,
fresh, lively, fruit-driven dream of a wine. The colour is deep rosé
and the palate refreshingly dry, as we are not fans of sweeter rosés.
Sip it on the porch or have fun at the dinner table with food pairing
- it's very versatile.
12.3% alcohol. Sealed with a crown cap instead of a cork to better preserve
the quality of the wine.
