2004 Indigo

Although this is a white wine, we named it Indigo because we love the word and colour - so sexy! Made from 100% Schönburger grapes, totally dry, with beguiling notes of mandarin and spice, it complements a wide range of foods, including mild or nutty cheeses, seafood, chicken and dishes with an Asian influence. Some women in particular find it irresistable - it makes Marilyn swoon - but this vintage is not recommended for consumption in restaurants, unless there is a private hot tub and comfortable room nearby!

12.9% alcohol and sealed with a crown cap instead of a cork to better preserve the quality of the wine.
