2006 Estremi

This aromatic dry white wine combines the extremes of the wonderful 2006 harvest: Siegerrebe, the earliest to be picked, and Kerner, the latest. Enjoy the fresh fruit, hint of spritz from the cold fermentation and bright lively finish with seafood, light meats and vegetables. 12.1% alcohol. Sealed with a crown cap instead of a cork to better preserve the quality of the wine.

You may find "wine diamonds" (colourless, odourless tartrate crystals that settle to the bottom of the bottle) in some of our wines. These are common in wines that have not been subjected to freezing temperatures prior to bottling and are normal, natural and totally harmless to consume. If you prefer to avoid getting them in the glass, pour carefully at the end of the bottle.
