Meet us in Toronto Saturday June 22 2013!

Michelle Schulze and Marilyn Venturi will be presenting at the ACE Bakery Artisan Incubator in Toronto on Saturday June 22 at 9 am and 11:30 am. Venturi-Schulze was selected by a team of prominent Canadian "tastemakers" as one of the top 20 food artisans in Canada for its Ancient Method Balsamic Vinegar.

Join us for an entertaining romp through all things balsamic, learn the difference between the different types of balsamic vinegar, taste a Modenese balsamic vinegar, our release and a sample from our original family barrel, now 43 years old. Prepare a recipe of strawberries with our balsamic vinegar and taste an amazing chicken liver pâté with a Venturi Schulze balsamic vinegar gelée.

Joining us at the seminar is Robert McCullough  Publisher, Appetite magazine and Vice President, Random House of Canada.
